Welcome to the new kids on the block! All for the sake of the funk, this Foeder-Aged Tart Saison has been in the works for eight months. Brewed at Yellow Dog with House of Funk’s foeder, we used a mix of wild yeast strains and then we bottle conditioned it for some extra pizazz. Just in case that wasn’t enough, we added black raspberries to create a complex and beautifully coloured beer.
