Fresh hop awesomeness. New techniques at hop harvest, where they flash freeze the fresh hops, have allowed us to get some fresh hops later in the season. With this new process we took a bunch of our favourite varieties; Citra, Mosaic and Cascade, and created an IPA bursting with freshness. It’s a New Breed of deliciousness.
